TJ Waterfall, MSc, is the Director of Nutrition at foodfacts.org, he is a registered sports and exercise nutritionist, he has been the Director of Nutrition at The Game Changers Institute. He specialises in plant-based performance, sports nutrition, and evidence-based public health nutrition. TJ is the author of The Plant-Based Power Plan, published by Penguin Life, and works with athletes, brands, and research teams to translate nutritional science into practical, real-world impact. His work sits at the intersection of sport, sustainability, and behaviour change, with a particular focus on helping active populations adopt plant-forward diets that support optimal performance.

TJ acts as our Editor-in-Chief. His responsibilities include:
