Verity Thomas (ANutr)

Verity is a PhD student in Nutritional Science researching the impact of the gut microbiome and its metabolites on vascular and cortical responses to acute mental stress. She holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and is an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr). Her professional experience includes academic research in ageing and supporting the recruitment and delivery of research studies across NHS community and secondary mental health services.
