Sapna is a registered dietitian specializing in plant-based nutrition with experience in healthcare, media, and nonprofit settings. She holds a Master of Science from San José State University and is currently a PhD student in Environmental Nutrition at Loma Linda University.
Sapna has served as the lead clinician in several nutrition intervention trials examining the health effects of whole plant-based foods. She is passionate about helping people understand how nutrition science works and clearing up common misconceptions—empowering others to eat more plant-based for the health of people, animals, and the planet.
