Kitty is a final-year university student who is passionate about nutrition. She has worked as a research assistant and has taken on the role of newsletter editor at Rhitrition.

Kitty is a final-year Psychology student at the University of Bristol with a growing passion for Nutrition. Over the past year, she has worked as a research assistant, developing a course designed to help students critically evaluate nutrition information and challenge misinformation. This experience has sharpened her ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging, and evidence-based content.

More recently, Kitty has taken on the role of newsletter editor at Rhitrition, where she curates and communicates the latest research in an accessible and impactful way. Her work continues to deepen her interest in clinical health and policy development. She plans to build on this foundation with an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at UCL.
