Vanessa Sturman is a Multi-Award-Winning Speaker and Health and Nutrition Coach. She works with organisations, leaders, teams and athletes on an often under-recognised aspect of performance: everyday nutrition and lifestyle habits, with a focus on practical, sustainable approaches that fit into busy working lives.
She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA (Hons) and MPhil in Social and Biological Anthropology, and previously worked in change management and sustainability consulting. Her work draws on nutrition science, behaviour change and cultural food knowledge, helping people build realistic habits that can contribute to overall wellbeing, such as energy and focus, over time.
Vanessa is known for making nutrition accessible and relevant, translating guidance into enjoyable, satisfying food using familiar ingredients. Her approach focuses on simple, sustainable changes that can be maintained in real-world settings, without restriction or overwhelm.
She has worked with organisations including Fulham Football Club, Cambridge University and Brooks Macdonald. Vanessa is also a regular media contributor, with appearances on Sky News, BBC Radio and LBC, and is frequently invited to speak at conferences, corporate events and panel discussions.
