He advises manufacturers, brand-holders and retailers around the world, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies, helping with everything from sourcing key ingredients and obtaining certification through to major product launches.
Simon also works with the public and non-profit sector: he is a member of the Soil Association’s Standards Committee, a Board Member of the Fairtrade Foundation and a member of the UK Government’s Expert Group on Organic Production.
