Lucy is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, currently working as a Nutritionist at ZOE.
Lucy has a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Human Nutrition from Newcastle University, with her thesis focusing on the effects of micronutrient toxicity on lipid metabolites.
Lucy is passionate about understanding the role of nutrition in health and disease, as well as empowering the clients/ members she works with to make informed choices to optimise their health.
