Dr. Anne Jomard is an scientist, nutritionist and journalist living in Zurich. Originally from France, she moved to Switzerland to pursue her doctorate in biomedical science, focusing on nutrition and endocrinology. Since transitioning from the lab bench to the newsroom, Anne reports on the intersection between nutrition, food systems and climate change, with a special interest in innovation. She’s passionate about all aspects of food: from growing it in her urban garden, to cooking, and discovering new cuisines.
