Anya Falk is a registered associate nutritionist and a current master’s student in Dietetics at Leeds Beckett University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology in the U.S. and a master’s in Applied Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University in 2024.

Her interest in nutrition developed through a lifelong love of food and cooking, as well as a background studying the intersection of psychology, physical health, and nutrition in her undergraduate degree. In line with this, she completed her master’s dissertation on emotional eating, looking into how mood impacts dietary intake through the use of a novel food & mood diary.

She has a particular interest in nutrition for women’s health, including pregnancy and PMOS, as well as the dietetic management and prevention of eating disorders and disordered eating.

Outside of university, she enjoys exploring nature, trying out new recipes and restaurants, and reading (especially Agatha Christie novels).
