Dr Sabina Bietolini is a biologist, nutritionist, and PhD in Health Sciences with nearly 10 years of university research experience in Ireland and Italy. She is the creator of the PrEVeg™ preventive nutrition approach, grounded in international scientific evidence on the health-promoting and disease-preventive properties of food. Through her project NutrirelaSalute™, she supports people of all dietary preferences—omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans—across every stage of life, from preconception to older age.

She is a university lecturer at UNICUSANO, co-founder and President of the Italian Scientific Society of Plant-Based Nutrition (SONVE), and co-founder of the Italian Society of Functional Paediatrics (SIPEF). Her work focuses on preventive nutrition, paediatric nutrition, oncology, and support for neurodegenerative, autoimmune, and metabolic conditions. She is also the author and co-author of books on functional nutrition and early-life health, and founder of The Plant-based Nutrition Fundamentals School.
